Today i was scheduled for appointment for my twins. I got there early Which I was told to be sure to come Early. Showed up and spoke to Dr Zirker Which actually was very rude stated they had scheduled my appointment on th 15th instead of the 13ths which my appointment card stated it was scheduled for the 13th. He continued to be very rude to me and acted as if it was my fault that his staff inputed incorrectly. I did achknowledge that it wasn't his fault was inputed incorrectly but at the same time if it was Someone should of called me so I didn't need to drive across town for the appointment. I get there 15mins early and no one is there. Finally 10mins later his assistant and Himself showed up. Baciscally was told that he wasn't willing to see me today Even know My Girls were scheduled for the appointment. Instead he spent 15 mins being very rude to me. Finally was so rude stated I was ticking him off that I should leave. So I left. I would never go back to them.

Dr. Zirker has been very good to our family. He always seems to take interest and spends alot of time talking with us, before and after our care. He seems to be available by phone if we have problems. (two kids had their windom teeth removed) I like his manner and care, and we will continue to use his office.
